The management was professional and responsive, and the unit was well-maintained with modern features. The building is secure and quiet, with convenient access to amenities and transportation. I highly recommend this residence for anyone seeking quality and comfort. Ira was so helpful!

They are ALWAYS attentive to all my needs! On one occasion I lost my keys and they were able to replace them then and there! They are fast on maintenance requests and actually care about their tenants needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking in this area for a trustworthy apartment.

Happy and impressed
I’ve lived in many apartments and this complex is my favorite. I have a great rent special! Ira, Joksbel, Anna, Rodrigo (Marin) and the other staff are considerate and helpful. They kindly put on great community events. Rodrigo put in a new air conditioner immediately! He replaced my mail key and brought me the new key all within minutes. Promptness is consistent here! Thank you, Staff, I appreciate everything you’ve done in making this an actual home.

They have been so helpful and so nice ! This is my first time renting an apartment and the staff there made the process so easy ! I want to give a huge shout out to Ana for being so kind and giving me such an amazing tour ! She really is so great ! Recommend this place so much and the stuff !

Avion on Glendale is a great complex. This is my 1st apartment & the front office has done a wonderful job addressing my issues. I needed my AC Unit replaced & if you know, this Arizona heat is no fun so they took care of me swiftly. Ana & Ira are very helpful.

An Enjoyable experience
I can say with confidence that the avion on Glendale Team really is superb when it comes to treating us right. Marin the maintenance man does a good job attending to my work orders ( had a couple leaks and he got it fixed within minutes) and the people at the office do an amazing job aswell, Joksbel Ana & Ire do a superb job at offering great customer service & a quick response. Thank you for making living at Avion on Glendale an Enjoyable experience!
