A super helpful team, responded quickly to my questions. The nights are quiet and my apartment is cool!.

They are ALWAYS attentive to all my needs! On one occasion I lost my keys and they were able to replace them then and there! They are fast on maintenance requests and actually care about their tenants needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking in this area for a trustworthy apartment.

I’ve lived in many apartments and this complex is my favorite. I have a great rent special! Ira, Joksbel, Anna, Rodrigo (Marin) and the other staff are considerate and helpful. They kindly put on great community events. Rodrigo put in a new air conditioner immediately! He replaced my mail key and brought me the new key all within minutes. Promptness is consistent here! Thank you, Staff, I appreciate everything you’ve done in making this an actual home.

They have been so helpful and so nice ! This is my first time renting an apartment and the staff there made the process so easy ! I want to give a huge shout out to Ana for being so kind and giving me such an amazing tour ! She really is so great ! Recommend this place so much and the stuff !

Marin and Jesus came and replaced my AC unit fast and efficiently. They are both very friendly and get the job done very well.

Avion on Glendale is a great complex. This is my 1st apartment & the front office has done a wonderful job addressing my issues. I needed my AC Unit replaced & if you know, this Arizona heat is no fun so they took care of me swiftly. Ana & Ira are very helpful.

I can say with confidence that the avion on Glendale Team really is superb when it comes to treating us right. Marin the maintenance man does a good job attending to my work orders ( had a couple leaks and he got it fixed within minutes) and the people at the office do an amazing job aswell, Joksbel Ana & Ire do a superb job at offering great customer service & a quick response. They go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Management is approachable, professional, and communicates clearly and consistently with residents. It's refreshing to have a team that genuinely cares and keeps everyone informed. The community events are always well-planned and fun, helping to bring neighbors together and create a real sense of community. The amenities are beautiful and well-maintained—from the pool and fitness center to the pet areas and green spaces. The property feels safe, clean, and inviting, and it’s clear that pride is taken in keeping it that way. Having a little bit of problems in my bathroom, so I called the after hours line. Marin called me back after leaving a message within seconds was here within 15 minutes fix the problem his dedication to make sure that my family lives comfortable and these apartments he goes above and beyond absolutely fantastic customer service and he really does care about the families that live here..

The community is beautiful the residents are terrific, friendly and fun. Management staff communicates with the residents with compassion and professionalism. Maintenance staff helps out in all property issues. Love living here.
